Appointment reminders are sent out at the time of booking & 48 hours prior to the appointment I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. This is my only form of income and it will be how I pay my bills. That being said I understand life happens and can make changes under my discretion. Additionally if you no show more than 3 times I will no longer accept you as a client. If you are more than 15 minutes late, please understand I may not be able to accommodate you and will have to charge a cancellation fee. I do understand life happens. With that being said - exceptions can be made under my discretion.
